Wide range of properties for sale in Pretoria
Investors seeking property investments in the vibrant northern suburbs of Pretoria will have a field day choosing from a wide variety of properties including business, retail and residential properties when Park Village Auctions (PVA) puts seven properties up for auction later this month, says PVA’s Jaco du Toit.
This is an opportunity to pick and choose the type of property you need in the Pretoria region. With properties ranging from retail shopping complexes to a commercial building with workshops and storage to a bachelor pad and residential properties with income-producing flatlets, there is bound to be a property to meet individual buyers’ requirements.
Alternatively, the entire bundle may be just the opportunity property speculators are looking for to invest in.
The auctions will take place on site on Monday, August 27, beginning at 11am. The first to go under the hammer will be a fully tenanted retail shopping complex comprising four retail shops with on-site customer parking at 286 Ben Viljoen Street, Pretoria North (erf 772, measuring 1,293m²).
Next up will be a singlestorey commercial building comprising two tenanted retail shops with on-site customer parking at 284 Ben Viljoen Street, Pretoria North (Portion 1 of erf 772 measuring 1,258m²).
The internal walls between the larger retail shop and adjoining Units 1 & 2 SS Memory Lane (86 Gerrit Maritz Road) have been removed and together comprise a large retail shop with single tenant (to be sold separately and then together with Units 1 & 2 SS Memory Lane measuring 566m² and 600m², respectively).
The auctions will then move to an upper-level bachelor residential apartment comprising open plan lounge-cum-bedroom, bathroom, balcony and secure parking. The quaint apartment measuring 45m² is situated at Unit 9 corresponding to door number 4, SS Memory Lane, 486 Gerrit Maritz Street, Pretoria North.
Next a single-storey residential dwelling requiring some repairs and maintenance goes under the hammer. It is situated at 292 Ben Viljoen Street, Pretoria North (erf 736). The property measures 1,276m².
At 297 Danie Theron Street, Pretoria North, the auction train will move to a single-storey residential dwelling on a spacious 2,552m² stand (erf 719).
Lastly the parade will move to a double-storey commercial building divided into two sections, situated at 294 Ben Viljoen Street, Pretoria North (erf 1819) and measuring 2,552m².
