Everitt’s death a loss to industry

Charles Everitt — who founded the Chas Everitt group estate agency with his wife, Tilla — died on Saturday at the age of 87. “The passing away of Charles Everitt is a big loss to the SA property industry,” Tony Clarke, MD of the Rawson Property Group and chair of the Real Estate Business Owners of SA, told Business Day. Founded in 1980, the Chas Everitt group specialises in the buying, selling and renting of property as well as property management.
