Post Office chief Mark Barnes has held out little hope for prompt mail deliveries this Christmas, but we could end postal delays by offering all postal employees a special bonus of a month’s salary payable once all postal services are up to date. This incentive would pay for the time and effort needed to make our post office world class, and we could even get our Christmas mail in time for Christmas. – Richard Benson, Pinelands.
