Add green and red peppers. Put phyllo cups back in a preheated oven at 160°c for the cheese to melt. Garnish with dry parsley. Serve. Mix all ingredients into a smooth pancake batter. Add more milk if needed. Grease heated small frying pan, side plate size, with olive oil.
Add just enough batter to make a thin pancake, spread with any sauce of your choice. Roll up.
