This will make your moisturisers, serums and eye creams absorb into the skin quicker. Rooibos exfoliator is the best as it also reduces the effect of common skin disorders such as acne.

Using a hydrating moisturiser is important, especially during dry seasons when your skin is super sensitive. The Nikel Hidris Face Cream deeply hydrates the skin, hides any appearance of fatigue and prevents moisture loss.

This is probably one of the most important things to do for your skin. It might be difficult when your routine is out and you just want to go to sleep after the long day.

The other challenge is base that is left on over a long period of time will cake and might cause blockage of your pores which might cause breakouts.

If you do fall asleep with your makeup on ( which should be avoided), make sure you do a proper job of cleansing your skin. You could even do an exfoliation to help your skin recover. Lamelle has Serra Cleansing Gel which is a creamy gel cleanser that will hydrate while cleansing. And if your skin is more prone to breakouts, you might prefer Clarity Active Cleanse which will clear the pores.

Smoking isn’t good for skin and as the biggest organ, the skin absorbs many free radicals. To fight the free radicals and the damage they cause you need to up the antioxidant content of your products. The challenge is that when, taken orally, there is actually a miniscule amount of the anti-oxidants that will reach your skin.

The best and fastest way to get it to your skin is to apply it in your moisturiser or with a serum. The Lamelle Nourish range of products which contain potent antioxidants and DNA correction enzymes will fix DNA damaged by free radicals in your skin.
