CROSS-EXAMINATION RULING AWAITED
AJAY Gupta, Rajesh Gupta and Duduzane Zuma were due to know today whether they will be allowed to cross-examine witnesses at the state capture inquiry.
Commission chairperson Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo said he would deliver his decision this morning.
Zondo reserved judgment last week, after hearing arguments from legal counsel representing implicated individuals who applied to crossexamine witnesses.
