Desalination plants require filter fittings
IT IS astonishing to read your front page headline that the municipal desalination plants have to stop working whenever there is turbidity or algal blooms.
Both of these are routine occurrences.
Why are our desalination plants intakes not fitted with filters to screen out the algae and turbidity?
