Enjoy jaw dropping mouth-watering pizza

- Nwabisa Masiza

DINING is one of life’s finest pleasure, and Burrata Restaurant is sure to make your jaw drop, being home to some of the best, mouth watering pizzas that will have you coming back for more.

Did we forget to mention that they are Neapolitan pizzas, made from imported Italian flour and tomatoes?

Situated in Woodstock at the Old Biscuit Mill, the restaurant offers something different.

Not only does their pizza dough ferment for 48-hours imparting a unique and delicious flavour to the dough, but the pizzas are cooked at a temperature of 480 degrees in the first Acunto oven imported from Naples.

Forget the idea of being served dry and tasteless pizza crusts. Burrata is all about fluffiness and crisp, and knows just the right toppings to suit it’s pizzas.

Owners Barry Engelbrecht and Neil Grant take pride in their restaurant, opened in 2013, saying it has allowed them to try new recipes and techniques using the best ingredients for their unique pizzas.
