J Sisters jump on bandwagon

- | Staff Reporter

GROWING up, the Jonas Brothers were one of the biggest boy bands until they went their separate ways. Now, although the heartthrobs are still very popular and have even released a new single together, it’s their partners who seem to be getting all the attention lately.

Joe is newly married to Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner, brother Kevin is married to Danielle Deleasa and Nick is married to Priyanka Chopra. Now the Mrs Jonas’ are calling themselves the J sisters.

It all started when Priyanka posted a picture of herself, Sophie and Danielle on a private jet, saying, “The #Jsisters are finally together”.

Moments later, 23-year-old Sophie shared the same picture on her Instagram Stories, writing, “J-sisters comin atcha”.

It was also revealed on Instagram that Sophie and Joe got married last week. While Priyanka’s wedding was elaborate and held over several days, Sophie opted to get married in a jumpsuit in Las Vegas.

After attending the Billboard Awards, the couple headed to Chapel L’Amour, inside the A Little White Wedding Chapel, to exchange vows in front of friends and family, including Nick and Priyanka, Kevin and Danielle, as well as singers Diplo, Khalid, Dan + Shay, and Turner’s fellow GOT star Maisie Williams, People reports.

The couple will also be having a second wedding later this year in France.

The couple appear to have sent the dates out for their celebration in the south of France late last year; their life coach, Mike Bayer, posted a video of his invitation on Instagram that has since been taken down, showcasing a small taste of Sophie and Joe’s French-inspired wedding details, and their monogram.
