Camp rape suggests planning was faulty

AS WE had to be indoors and not socialise, it’s a shock to hear that a young woman had been raped at the Strandfontein camp.

I would like to know why the men and women are not being kept separate?

Why should we have an increase in gender-based violence and a feeling of not being safe?
