I take issue with Biden’s criticism of Turkey

-

SINCE US President Joe Biden has accused Turkey of genocide in Armenia in 1915, we must revisit history.

We must study how many innocent civilians were murdered globally by the British, the Americans and Russian imperial empires and their proxies since 1915.

Let’s forget slavery and colonialism for now.

Example, more than 510 000 Iraqi and Afghan civilians have been killed since the USA invasions.

Since March 2003 to April 2019 the “Iraq Body Count Project” estimates that more than 200 000 innocent Iraqi civilians were violently killed, since the USA invaded Iraq.

More than 310 000 civilians have been killed since the 2001 invasion of Afghanistan by the USA.

The excuse for invading Afghanistan was that the authorities refused to hand over Osama bin Laden.

We were then told that Osama bin Laden was captured and killed in Pakistan. We don’t know what bin Laden did to the USA as he certainly did not organise the events of Sept 11. How a man, stuck in a cave with limited resources, could organise the ruin of the Twin Towers, is illogical.

Unless bin Laden had help from people inside the USA government itself or Bin Laden was just a useful excuse. Perhaps the 9/11 attack on the USA and the war on terrorism was a distraction? Perhaps, those who secretly govern the USA, enjoy killing innocent people. Perhaps the USA was stealing the oil, gas and other resources of the Afghan people.

Why else would the USA stay in Afghanistan for 20 years?

We were told that Iraq had Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) even though the CIA and some media outlets provided evidence that the arguments for WMD were untrue and fake news.

So, why was it necessary to kill more than 200 000 civilians after Saddam Hussain was decapitated.

Let us remember that Saddam was a former CIA agent and a good friend of the USA for decades.

Logic suggests, those who planned the war on Iraq wanted to steal the natural gas, oil and other resources including the vast gold reserves that Saddam stole from ordinary Iraqi civilians.

If the USA and its allies wanted to liberate Afghanistan and Iraq from tyranny, why did the Allied soldiers homosexual rape the male prisoners?

Why were more than 510 000 civilians killed?

In the words of the wise, the world must know who are the real terrorists. Innocent people who are killed in the name of fake idealism must be remembered.

Those who inspire war must be identified.
