Surprise at reaction to polyandry Green Paper

I WAS a bit surprised by all the negative reactions expressed in your headline article – (“Polyandry proposal causes stir”, Cape Argus, May 12).

Surely a bit of solidarity among the ladies’ husbands would enable us males to get away with a lot more? And a tongue-lashing shared is a tongue-lashing halved. Could be the answer to a lot of issues…
