I’ve heard others’ opinions now hear mine

-

ALL have “their” opinions and of course all are entitled to have those opinions.

Here are mine:

1. People in political power pointing fingers at each other – of course they are entitled to do this, but does it result in any advantages for the people they are supposed to serve, the people who elected them?

2. Gender-based violence is a crime against humanity – very few countries (are there any? – maybe some, but only for very high profile people) pursue, arrest and convict perpetrators such that they get their just deserts.

3. Global warming is real (is this the cause of floods in some places and droughts in others?) Green energy generation will undoubtedly assist (the world will definitely run out of coal, oil and gas), but the future has got to be nuclear – this is where the world should be spending its money, perfecting safe and clean nuclear energy generation (not military weapons! – I shudder to think of how much money is being spent on developing bigger, better, faster, more powerful weapons of mass destruction), rather than spending billions on putting a telescope “up there”, or landing on Mars.

4. There are far too many people on Earth, and many more have-nots than haves – this is not sustainable. Various diseases are trying to reduce the population, but “we”, so far, are remaining one step ahead.

Earth is slowly reaching the stage where it will be impossible to cleanly get rid of the bodies of the number of dead people necessary for human life on Earth to continue. Prophet of doom – yes.
