Three murder suspects appear

Three people accused of kidnapping and killing a woman in an apparent love triangle appeared in the Brits Magistrate’s Court yesterday.

The case against Sharon Twala, Koketso Moyo and Victor Pilane was postponed to July 1 for a bail application. The fourth accused, Cynthia Mosopi, did not appear in court as she was recovering in hospital.

The four allegedly kidnapped Boitumelo Dlamini after one of them accused her of dating her boyfriend. She was allegedly doused with petrol and set alight. They allegedly called the police, claiming that Dlamini had been attacked by unknown people.
