Why do you think you were chosen for Best Dressed? The fact that I take myself seriously as a brand shows in the quality of projects I chose to work on, and this care is also expressed in how well I take care of my physical appearance.
What does the GQ brand mean to you? The GQ brand is found in the maverick whose choices are not always reasonable.
What makes a man? A man remembers that he was born of a woman, and respects women.
A GQ man cannot live without... Passion.
What do you think of the current state of menswear? It is more adventurous than ever.
Favourite designer/brand? Guess, Naked Ape and Tom Ford.

Which is your preferred season to dress for? Winter. There is just so much more to work with: the many accessories, layers and varied textures.
One grooming mistake you hope men will leave behind? Not grooming at all... it’s 2016 already.
Best advice you’ve received? All sorts of magic happens when you believe in yourself.
What’s been the highlight of your career? Heading an all-star cast in the fi rst-ever American-South African produced Western called Five Fingers of Marseilles.
