Top Employers Institute CEO, David Plink says, “These employers lead the way in people development. It is an accomplishment that they can be truly proud of. Billy Elliott, the Top Employer Institute’s country manager South Africa, points to a recent study, entitled The Power of the Top Employers Certification Seal Research Report. “It found that certified employers are widely perceived as leaders, as well as being more innovative, personal, and honest.
