Fabiani brand goes femme
AFRICAN luxury menswear brand Fabiani launched their women’s wear collection last Saturday at the AFI Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Joburg.
In celebration of Women’s Month, the launch marks the beginning of a new era for the brand, established as an exclusively menswear label for nearly 40 years. A collaboration with Cape Town designer Warrick Gautier, the collection features intricate beadwork, high voltage metallics, jacquard fabrics and bold silk chiffons. I spoke to Gautier about the range.
