We are being cheated

MANY of us feel the same way as Gavin Hillyard (Cape Times, Thursday).

We are doing everything to save water.

But now we feel cheated – just as we did when we went out and spent money in preparation of load shedding (gas cookers, bulbs, switches, etc.)

And then our fridges gave in, costing more money only to find that as soon as we had it all under control – no more load shedding!
