NUMSA PLEA FOR INTERVENTION

THE National Union of Metalworkers of SA (Numsa) yesterday said it would march to the Public Enterprises Ministry in Pretoria to demand that it intervenes to save state-owned enterprise Denel. “We reject any attempts to privatise Denel and we will fight attempts to impose salary cuts,” Numsa spokesperson Phakamile HlubiMajola said.
