THE band Tune Recreation Committee will launch of their second album, Afrika

Grooves with the TRC, this Sunday at Jazz in the Native Yards. The band, led by trumpeter Mandla Mlangeni, one of the 2019 Standard Bank Young Artist Award winners, also features Clement Benny on drums, Nicholas Williams on bass and Reza Khota on guitar. Multi-instrument­alist Mark Fransman will join the group as a special guest in selected performanc­es on accordion, bass clarinet and tenor saxophone.
