MTV SHUGA: DOWN SOUTH

Johannesburg-based entrepreneur, model and actor Mohale Motaung has joined the cast for season two, in the role of Odirile. Through characters such as Odirile, MTV Shuga, in conjunction with the MTV Staying Alive Foundation and Unitaid, will continue to address critical social issues and challenges faced by the continent’s youth, such as transactional sex, physical abuse and HIV prevention.

ESCAPE AT DANNEMORA

M-Net 101, Wednesday at 9pm

THE LIMITED series is based on the true story of the 2015 Clinton Correctional Facility escape in New York. The escape prompted a manhunt for the two convicted murderers, who were aided in their escape by a married female prison employee with whom they both became sexually entangled. The seven-episode series stars Benicio del Toro, Patricia Arquette (who won the Golden Globe and Critics Choice Award for best actress), Paul Dano, Bonnie Hunt, Eric Lange and David Morse.
