SMALL BUSINESS Development Minister Lindiwe Zulu, third right, cuts a ribbon at a ceremony to hand over 22 tow trucks to black small and medium enterprises. Zulu described the handover as a big step towards economic conclusion and transformation of the industry. She said the trucks would provide necessary disruption in the tow-truck industry to find better solutions for South Africans. “This is disruption.
