GABI MOTUBA ‘TEFITI’ TOUR IN CAPE TOWN

Cape Town, be sure not to miss this one! Jazz and avant-garde vocalist, Gabisile Motuba tours Cape Town for the very first time – starting her month-long tour this Thursday at Alma Cafe. The Pretoriahailing singer has been previously seen in various collaborations with her partner, drummer Tumi Mogorosi. For the tour, she will be presenting her latest album Tefiti-Goddess of Creation, which launched in August last year – exploring the sound with her string trio. Don’t miss her on March 14 at Alma Cafe, March 16 at Youngblood Gallery with pianist Coila Enderstein, March 17 at Jazz in the Native Yards in Gugulethu, March 22 at The Drawing Room Cafe in Observatory and March 29 at Alliance Francaise in town.
