APOLOGY FOR ERRORS IN AFRICAN BANK STORY

BUSINESS REPORT would like to apologise to African Bank for errors in a story published last week, “African Bank Holdings reports net loss of R135m”. African Bank Holdings actually reported a profit of R152 million, not a loss. The Bank, the holdings subsidiary, reported the loss of R135m. The holding company includes the insurance subsidiary, which also reported a profit of R251m. |
