Get first-hand info on Israel, then judge

THE letter from Mohamed Saeed dated May 10 in the Cape Times refers.

If Mr Saeed is co concerned about John Steenhuisen’s trustworthiness about visiting Israel and the adjacent countries why doesn’t he go and visit there himself?

He will find it easy to travel to Israel. He would be able to get first-hand information on the issues he raises … such as allegedly suffering communities and alleged human rights abuses and the nonexistence of an “apartheid state” in Israel. Would he report his findings honestly?

Then one may really and quickly assess who is the hypocrite, Saeed or Steenhuisen? Enough of this stirring of hatred and bigotry…
