While the drop-top V8 was the most entertaining to drive, it was also the most nerve-wracking of the three models. Cruising along German country roads with the top down allowed me to relish the sound of the V8, but the compromised structural rigidity also means a more flexible chassis that is noticeably less sharp in the handling department.
