How we loved the Yaris GRMN… Ineligible here because it’s not offered for sale, had the Yaris been included in the voting (we did a second round of scoring to see where it would have placed), it would have finished sixth. And that’s a fantastic achievement in Shootout for the ordinarily straight-laced Yaris. Condensing performance motoring into a simple formula, the GRMN combines a fizzy engine with a lively chassis and snickety six-speed ‘box, and the result is hot-hatch perfection. Come on, Toyota, more of this, please!
