To succeed in South Africa, businesses must embrace transformation – for their own benefit and for the broader benefit of the nation. Fortunately, 74 percent of CFOs agree completely or agree somewhat that their organisations are transformed – a significant improvement on last year’s 57 percent. However, 49 percent say that they struggle to retain the talent to keep transforming.
