Des Raman at Cutting Edge Steelwork worked at mechanical and structural engineering companies before he started producing spiral and other staircases, balustrades, light architectural steelwork, wrought-iron and modern steel and wood furniture. Des can, in his words, ‘manufacture pretty much anything out of steel.’
