emily is the arts editor and deputy features editor of the uk edition of House & Garden. Having spent time living in California and Hong Kong, she is now based in London, where she spends her spare time trawling galleries and any spare pennies buying prints and pictures.

She is currently writing a book on the history of english interiors.
