The Brand I started my career at the height of my insecurities but the curiosity kept pushing me to start. Today, I have made incredible connections and seen my work showcased at international design fairs. I am heavily influenced by african symbolism as well as Western elements. once the narrative of a piece has been decided on the design process and material selection begins. The Inspiration The journey started because I wanted to see more african design. south african cultures play a pivotal role in the creative process and are the first point of reference in production. We have ndebele and zulu inspired furniture that aims to champion these cultures. The Future We can do more collaborations amongst south african designers and designers from other parts of africa and the world. These collaborations, whether it’s creating products or sharing skills and ideas, must have purpose. @pindabysiyandambele
