What is the Ligne Roset aesthetic?

There are so many factors that make Ligne roset the name that it is. It’s the simplicity of each design, paired with the unique vision of every collaborator and designer. Take the bottle green ‘Togo’ sofa for example; it’s an updated take on the mid-century look, which works so well in modernist homes because it softens the linear upholstery look.

But it’s also the minimalist elements of the designs; these make each piece of furniture and accessory right on point. This speaks to my own aesthetic and it’s why being a part of Ligne roset is such a natural choice for me.

Who does the brand speak to in terms of consumers?

People who revel in a contemporary, design-forward lifestyle. For south africans, it’s through pieces such as the woven ‘serpentine’ chairs that are suitable for outside living, entertaining friends and family at home. Ligne roset is more than a name, I believe it’s a lifestyle.
