t he ma­chines are sticky with sweat, there’s a queue for ev­ery sin­gle piece of equip­ment, and when you do get on, a dude with arms like hams hov­ers over you glar­ing. Yup: the gym as you head into spring is not fun. Yet, like ev­ery­one else, you’ve got goals to reach and an ass to sculpt. The so­lu­tion? Do it at home. For­mer Olympian Sarah Lind­say (@roarfit­ness­girl), the founder of celebrity gym Roar Fit­ness, has de­vised this plan to mimic the weights sec­tion. Do 15 reps of each move, re­peat­ing the set three times, with a rest of 60 to 90 sec­onds per move. Keep go­ing un­til next win­ter, when the gym will in­evitably clear out again…
