1 Start in high plank po­si­tion, your back and legs in a straight line. 2 Walk your hands out in front as far as you can. 3 With core en­gaged and feet still, hold for a mo­ment at the fur­thest point. 4 With­out arch­ing your back, walk hands back to start­ing po­si­tion. 5 Re­peat for 45 sec­onds.
