EXPLODING STAR JUMP
TARGETS Entire body
Crouch down, feet hipwidth apart and arms tight against the body.
Jump up, spreading legs and arms wide into a ‘star’ shape.
Bend the knees to cushion your landing back into the crouch position, then repeat.
Do 20 reps. Struggling a bit? Stick with a traditional star jump, but double the number of reps. Sorry!
