TAR­GETS En­tire body

Crouch down, feet hip­width apart and arms tight against the body.

Jump up, spread­ing legs and arms wide into a ‘star’ shape.

Bend the knees to cush­ion your land­ing back into the crouch po­si­tion, then re­peat.

Do 20 reps. Strug­gling a bit? Stick with a tra­di­tional star jump, but dou­ble the num­ber of reps. Sorry!
