TAR­GETS Glutes, abs, thighs

Start on your knees, with your hands clasped in front of you (for bal­ance).

Step onto your left foot, then the right, so you’re in a squat­ting po­si­tion.

Drop down to the left knee, then the right, to bring you back to a kneel­ing po­si­tion.

Re­peat, start­ing with the right side.

Do 10 reps on each leg.
