Congo warlord recruits boys
A HUMAN Rights Watch investigation has found that renegade Congolese ex-general Bosco Ntaganda forcibly recruited at least 149 boys and young men to fight since his defection from the army in April.
The former warlord is wanted by the International Criminal Court for his previous recruitment of child soldiers.
Boys aged between 12 and 20 have allegedly been taken at gunpoint, including from inside schools. Some were viciously beaten. — Sapa-ap
