Cove Rock turn-off hazard

-

I APPEAL to the traffic control powers that be to do something about the Cove Rock turn-off towards Greenfields and town. In order to negotiate the turn right towards Greenfields and East London one has to look out for traffic approaching from three directions.

More often than not, motorists do not adhere to the speed limit. Traffic officers are often at the location, but they are simply a temporary deterrent.

Would it not make sense to erect traffic lights or speed bumps or any effective traffic calming measure and so save lives that may otherwise be needlessly lost? — Concerned Citizen, Cove Rock
