Black Coffee gains Ibiza nod

POP the champers! DJ Black Coffee has scored himself a residency at the world’s party capital Ibiza, part of the Spanish Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean.

Black Coffee made the announcement on his social media pages on Wednesday in a video.

He will take up his residency at Hi-Ibiza every Saturday from June until September.

Tickets to see him perform will range from R418 for general access.

Fans and friends have been quick to congratulate him‚ hailing it as a huge achievement.

The reason being that he is the first DJ to have a residency at the new club, which is located in the heart of Ibiza and is expected to draw thousands of partygoers.

And being the first resident DJ at the club means he will always be the headline act. This cements his status as one of Africa’s greatest DJ exports.
