Thando to ‘Bare All’ in new talk show

YOU know her from 5FM, Generations : the Legacy and My Perfect Family, and now Thando Thabethe is set to join the TLC Entertainment family to present her own talk show, Thando Bares All.

Launching early next year and produced by Oxyg3n Media, this eight-part series will bring together Thando’s straight-talking style in a unique talk show format. Focusing on the popular TLC shows and themes viewers know and love, Thando Bares All will encourage people to be open and honest about the things that society might be afraid or embarrassed to speak about. Body positivity, outrageous style, naked attraction, polygamy, super-human achievement – nothing will be off topic in this entertaining talk show.

“When TLC approached me to present this show, I was ecstatic,” said Thabethe.

“I am a huge fan of the channel and thoroughly enjoyed working with the brand as a judge for its Next Great Presenter competition in 2016. This, for me, is a step in the right direction for my career in the entertainment industry. I can’t wait to start filming Thando Bares All and finding out what South Africans think about the topics that really matter.”

With the studio elements led by Thabethe, the show will be co-presented by TLC Next Great Presenter winner Carissa Cupido, who will front immersive breakout pieces, finding out what the public thinks on the personal subjects that will be discussed in each episode.

Thando Bares All will come to TLC Entertainment early next year.
