Madiba has no ties with DA

-

IT DOES not take a rocket scientist to know that Nelson Mandela has always been a loyal member and leader of the ANC for decades and has never been with any other political party, but it is shocking what lengths opportunists will go to take advantage of our citizens even when Mandela is ailing.

What the DA is doing is completely unacceptable. To an uneducated South African, the DA’s pamphlet might suggest Mandela has been affiliated to the DA at some point.

Mandela was incarcerated for 27 years fighting the apartheid regime as a member of the ANC, but it seems the DA has found a way to take credit for what the ANC has worked long and hard to achieve.

It seems at this point the DA will stop at nothing to get to the number one spot even if it means stealing from the ANC.

Never have I seen a political party utilising a prominent figure from another party to promote itself. This causes confusion among voters

This is a deliberate hoax to turn voters away from the ANC to the DA.

The image should not have been used without the permission of the ANC, and legal steps should be taken by the ruling party.

If the DA has played a role as pivotal as it claims, why does the party not use DA leaders who took part in the Struggle?

Why use a leader from another party to promote itself ?

It clearly does not have enough leaders who embody what Mandela has done.

The DA must use its own leaders who represent the party’s values or lack thereof. ELIOT MAINE
