Migrants saved

BANDA ACEH (Indonesia): Nearly 600 migrants thought to be Rohingya refugees and Bangladeshis were rescued from at least two wooden boats stranded off the coast of Indonesia’s Aceh province, authorities said yesterday.

The boats had run out of fuel. The International Organisation for Migration said Bangladeshis were in the group, whom authorities believe left Thailand about seven days ago.
