Embassy move

WASHINGTON: US Vice President Mike Pence revived talk of the possibility the US may move its embassy to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv, saying President Donald Trump was seriously considering the matter.

The relocation is opposed by many US allies because the Palestinians also claim the city as their capital. The city’s status is supposed to be decided via talks between the Israelis and the Palestinians.
