If one has to qualify for Diplomatic Immunity then that person should be in the country on official government work. Not on a social visit or shopping spree. DisGrace Mugabe was in SA on personal visit and thus does not qualify for diplomatic immunity. This is my view. She must be made to pay (punishment) for her dastardly behaviour. Mr Mugabe, please leave our Mr Mandela alone and focus on your wife’s antics and while you’re at it, please pray for Edward Zuma and his family. Joe Soap.
In response to Mr Graham Rice, when I said we have laws in South Africa, I meant Zimbabwe is a lawless country, unlike South Africa. You did hit the nail on the head by saying the laws are not implemented. This is just one incident how a high-profile person can go to a foreign country and assault someone and sneak out in the middle of the night. The blame should lie entirely on our South African government. EK.

The smell is unbearable. Worst is when they slaughter, they allow the blood and waste to flow onto the road, which stinks for weeks. Prayers is fine, but cleanliness, health and hygiene of others is to be considered.
If you have had your car windscreen replaced in the last few weeks, the chances are that yours is one of many being dumped on the Blair Athol on-ramp number 12 to the M19 together with a lot of other building rubble and rubbish. This is terribly unsightly and I urge the relative business owners to question their staff as to where they are dumping the broken windscreens, for instance, as surely these should be returned after being replaced? Sperm decline: loved the article on Friday. We see it as a major problem in SA. I am an embryologist and meet many with decreased counts. Motility, chemicals and diets are responsible. Yet another factor is clothing. Men using bikini briefs and skinny jeans cause restrictions to blood and increases temperature, decreasing sperm. It’s crazy, school kids fighting for skinny jeans don’t realise the harm being done. Kinnon.

In response to the BackChat about a speeding fine for May. I can record mine received today (25 August) for offence on June 6 and printed on June 22. Special concern is this is already a month past the deadline for payment of July 22. This can’t be a coincidence and must be happening to many.
