The Idols SA judge topped the Twitter trends list again yesterday after he offered to pay for a child’s wheelchair.

On Monday, “Mpho” took to Twitter seeking assistance for a mother whose child needs a wheelchair. @Mphoza_ tagged a few celebs, Somizi among them.
