Guptas: what are we not being told about?
IT’S disheartening to hear Hermione Cronjé, the head of the National Prosecuting Authority’s ( NPA) Investigating Directorate, saying the latest arrests of the “small fry”, rather than the sharks, the Guptas, is due to the fact that Dubai is unco- operative and it is going to be a slow process. I wonder why?
After Dubai has shown us the middle finger with regard to the extradition of the Guptas, why is our government not doing the same thing the Japanese did with Carlos Ghosn, the multimillionaire former boss of Nissan facing financial misconduct charges, and requesting a “red notice” from Interpol, so they can be arrested wherever they are and go?
We have so much evidence about what this family has done to us.
There is more evidence than the puny charges the Japanese brought against Ghosn, that he had overstated his expenses and bonuses.
Is our government and the NPA so incompetent and are pussyfooting, or is there something else at play where we, the stupid public, are being manipulated?
