Do African religious leaders have any backbone and say in African states? Do they understand and appreciate the enormity of their lack of decision-making in Africa and African states? Where are these bishops and leaders of churches that have allowed most African states to collapse and become communist? It has to be said the leadership from the likes of the Anglican, Catholic and Methodist churches is extremely weak. Most African states have failed since obtaining so-called freedom from colonialis­m. What have any of you done to arrest this shocking and dismal state of affairs? Unfortunat­ely, it has to be said that religious leaders in Africa are a dismal failure. You have all failed the people of Africa, and the same is happening in South Africa. Do any of you have the guts and courage to speak up and sort things out? We have to say at this stage you are quite useless as you do not speak up.
