A Twenty-four-year-old man accused of killing a nurse by slitting her throat is scheduled to appear in the Schweizerreneke Magistrate’s Court in January.
Bongane Gregory Shebi appeared in court on Friday and the case against him was postponed to January 24 for DNA test results. Shebi had abandoned his bail application and will remain in custody.
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) said he was charged with the murder of Iris Mamotlakana Mohokare at her home in Ipeleng township near Schweizer-reneke on October 12. | IOL
