What does your job en­tail? Con­trol­ling house­keep­ing guest sup­plies, linen and other items used in the ho­tel. I also is­sue clean linen to room at­ten­dants and en­sure that guests’ re­quests are ful­filled.

What do you en­joy most about your job? Help­ing to give guests the best ex­pe­ri­ence at the Bev­erly Hills.

Where do you see your­self in five years’ time? Hope­fully as a Linen Su­per­vi­sor, if I work hard enough.

What would you be do­ing if you weren’t in this in­dus­try? I’d prob­a­bly be un­em­ployed or work­ing as a do­mes­tic cleaner.

What’s the most chal­leng­ing as­pect of your job? Wak­ing up very early in the morn­ing to catch trans­port so that I can get to work on time.

What’s your dream hol­i­day des­ti­na­tion? The Drak­ens­berg.

What do you en­joy most about hol­i­days? Hav­ing some peace and a chance to re­lax and en­joy time with my fam­ily.

What’s your money-sav­ing tip for De­cem­ber? En­sure that you put money aside for your chil­dren’s school fees next year.

What’s your favourite sum­mer out­fit? A shirt and a denim skirt.
