BUFF UP

Destiny - - Beauty -

It’s no secret by now that getting head-to-toe beautiful skin isn’t as easy as scrubbing the same product on every part of your body. So how can you slough away dead skin cells to get smooth, soft skin for summer?

Take a moment to consider your body in parts, rather than as a whole. Then purchase exfoliants meant for those areas. For your face, remember that there’s an exfoliator for every skin type and exfoliating two or three times weekly is wonderful for reducing blackheads and preventing clogged pores. Give yourself a perfect pout with daily use of a sugar scrub balm infused with natural oils that are meant solely for lips.

For your body, have some fun by applying a DIY salt or coffee scrub once a week – and be sure to spend a little more time on your knees and elbows, which generally need extra TLC.

Don’t forget your hands and feet, the hardestworking parts of your body throughout the year. Treat your feet to a 10-minute soak – perfect for treating cracked heels – before massaging a skin scrub into them to remove hard skin. Then rub an anti-ageing scrub and cream into your hands, as the first signs of ageing typically appear there. DESTINY RECOMMENDS:
